Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how SuperIC LLC (“SuperIC”, “we”, “us”) handles data in connection with our website at superic.cc and the developer applications and integrations we operate, including our applications registered with third-party platforms such as Pinterest.

1. Who we are

SuperIC LLC is an AI-native professional services company operating a portfolio of editorial and commerce-focused publishing brands. We build and operate developer applications that publish our own editorial content to platforms where our audience reads it, including Pinterest.

2. What our developer applications do

Our developer applications publish content we own (blog posts, product roundups, deal alerts, hero images) from our brand websites to platforms our audience uses. Specifically, our Pinterest application:

  • Creates Pins on Pinterest boards owned by SuperIC and its affiliated brands, linking back to canonical articles on our brand websites.
  • Reads board and Pin metadata for boards we own, for content performance reporting.
  • Reads our own user account information to authenticate and authorize the application.

Our applications operate exclusively on accounts SuperIC owns or has been explicitly authorized to manage. We do not access, request, store, or interact with data belonging to other Pinterest users.

3. Information we collect

From our website visitors, we may collect:

  • Standard server logs (network address, user agent, requested web address, timestamp) for operational and security purposes.
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics about page views and referral sources via privacy-respecting analytics tools.
  • Email addresses you voluntarily provide when subscribing to a newsletter or contacting us.

Through our developer applications, we access only the minimum data required to perform the operations described in Section 2, and only from accounts we own or are authorized to manage.

4. What we do not collect

  • We do not collect login credentials for any third-party platform. Authentication uses standards-based OAuth flows; we never see or handle user passwords.
  • We do not collect, store, or access information from third-party users (other Pinterest users, their boards, their Pins, or their profiles).
  • We do not combine information from multiple users’ accounts.
  • We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

5. How we store and retain data

Data accessed through third-party platform data feeds (such as Pinterest) is used at the time of the request and is not persisted beyond what is operationally required. Performance metrics and Pin metadata for our own content may be stored in our internal systems for content reporting and analytics. Standard server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Pinterest: for distribution of our editorial content, governed by the Pinterest Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel: for website hosting.
  • Cloudflare: for content delivery and security.
  • Resend: for transactional and editorial email delivery, when you subscribe.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

If you subscribed to a newsletter, every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via our website.
