Seoul Rite is the K-beauty publication I own. It gives readers a new post before they decide what to buy, while affiliate commissions fund the property. A conventional daily workflow adds writers, an editor, and an art budget. The Overview shows the production homepage, and the Product pane shows the morning pipeline.

The product had to publish every morning without a daily writing payroll, but full autonomy was the dangerous shortcut. A fabricated product claim reaching a reader would damage the trust that makes affiliate publishing viable. I kept the last decision, and the publish key, outside the pipeline.
The pipeline needed more than a schedule. It needed a named editorial standard. I wrote Serene as an internal persona, converted banned phrases and review rules into pipeline checks, and required every finished post to stop in a private preview for my review.
