A white-label HR platform, sold under many brands.
I designed AspireHR's white-label candidate and recruiter workflows for desktop and native iOS, plus the documented design system beneath them. This study shows design scope, not post-launch performance.

Candidate and recruiter workflows were designed as parts of one product.
The design scope covered desktop and native iOS.
Discovery, Define, Deliver, and Deploy describe the recorded engagement scope.
One white-label system carried the shared product rules and partner-brand configuration.
AspireHR was led by former human-resources and executive leaders. The company wanted one talent platform that partners could brand and sell as their own. The product needed to cover candidate and recruiter work on desktop and native iOS. A previous consultancy engagement had ended before this work began, so the design process also needed to make decisions visible to the client and developers.
A white-label product must keep its structure while partner identity changes around it. Candidate and recruiter workflows also share the same system. No user interviews were completed during the engagement, so I did not present inferred personas or quotes as research. I used stakeholder sessions and the available workflow material to define the product structure.
The product needed one structure for two audiences and many partner identities.
I began with stakeholder analysis and five-whys sessions. Workshops produced a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis and a mind map. I mapped user types, the candidate journey, and the sitemap before high-fidelity screens. Service blueprints connected interface steps to the work behind them. Developers joined the working sessions while the desktop and native iOS prototypes took shape.
What I delivered
- Sitemaps, user journeys, and user flows
- Interactive prototypes for desktop and native iOS
- A documented white-label design system
- A strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis, mind map, and service blueprints
I do not have verified post-launch performance for AspireHR. The delivered design scope included sitemaps, journeys, flows, interactive prototypes, and a documented white-label design system for desktop and native iOS. The artifacts below show that scope with partner identity removed or replaced.
By design
One system for partner brands
The design system was built to keep product rules consistent while identity changed through configuration.
By design
Structure before screens
The journey and sitemap established the product structure before high-fidelity interface work.
By design
Candidate and recruiter together
Both audiences were mapped inside one product so their connected steps could be designed together.

This study shows design intent and delivered design scope. It claims no post-launch performance.
Partner identity has been removed or replaced with the stand-in names BlueHarbor and BlueTide. Product records and figures are illustrative.
No user interviews, personas, or customer quotes are claimed.
