Web3 Startup
Design system — 93% coverage in 22 hours.
Two failed internal attempts over 18 months. We inventoried 4,400 variants, wired 93% to code, and shipped real-time telemetry — in 22 hours.

Context
A Series C enterprise SaaS platform had 19 Figma pages of components built over 3 years — but no shared library, no code connection, and no adoption tracking. The design team was shipping inconsistent UI across 9 product surfaces.
The challenge
The company had tried twice to formalize a design system internally.
Both attempts stalled at L2 — a documented Figma library that nobody consumed in code. Leadership estimated 20% of frontend engineering time was wasted on redundant component work.
What we found
Code Connect could close most of the library quickly, but drift would recur without automated telemetry and a daily operational rhythm. Security review needed to stay in the loop while speed increased.
Our approach
Inventoried all 41 component families across 19 Figma pages. Mapped every variant (~4,400 total). Identified 38 with direct code equivalents.
Created a packaged component library, wired dual telemetry, and integrated across 9 product surfaces with a single import.
Built a health dashboard showing real-time adoption metrics per component, per surface.
Deployed automated visual QA at 3 viewports before every merge. Shipped a gateway integration into the client's private repo.

Results
What changed.
93% component adoption within the first week of rollout.
What two internal attempts over 18 months couldn't achieve, delivered in one week.
Design and engineering shared one observable source of truth for component health.
Proof
Daily health reports and drift signals delivered to stakeholders.
Storybook and CI gates enforced before merge.
